How do I access files which have been copied from my PC to Cloud Backup on My Norton ? I would like to delete some of those files from both both my PC and my Norton Backup.
Sorry, I forgot to mark this as solved - sort of.
Garry, we are following up to see how you made out with the suggestions presented. Can we assist further?

OK thanks guys. :)
Be sure you are using a Windows Admin account. Open Windows Explorer and click on This PC in the left pane, then double click on the Norton Backup Drive. That will bring up your backup sets. Double click on the one you wish to delete files from and wait for the folders and file information to download from your Norton Account. Then you can navigate to the ones you wish to remove from the cloud storage.
After deleting the files from the Norton cloud, be sure you use the information from the link to bjm_'s information to remove those files from the backup set or they will just get backed up again.
My file explorer at the time the screenshot was taken was set with a darker background, with Quick Access disabled. I also captured only the part of the main screen that was needed to present what was needed. The process is the same. Open ( click on ) the backup set you wish to edit, screen prompts will appear to do so. Including logging into your Norton account. I double clicked a backup set and was prompted to log into my Norton account and did so, I also got a 2FA code which is the way my account is setup.
On the left side of the Windows Explorer screen I clicked on a backup set, it then opened into its "tree" of contents. You can then select the folders where the files are that you want to remove.

I'm not looking to Rename it, I'm looking to delete certain files that I don't necessarily wish to keep. My File Explorer looks very different to yours but I'll persevere.
Garry. The first backup set will always be named Default Set unless told otherwise. Look just to the right in blue lettering and you will see "Rename". Click it and name the backup to whatever you wish it to be.
In your File Explorer within Windows look for the following directory; Norton Backup Drive. Find the backup set you wish to review and follow on screen prompts.

I had a look through this but none of it helped. When I go to Backup Settings/Backup Set I see 'DefaultSet' in the Window. I'm supposed to (according to the provided YouTube video) go to the drop down part of the DefaultSet window and select My Norton Backup. Thing is, on my Norton there IS no 'My Norton Backup' in the DefaultSet window - only DefaultSet.
Hello Garry. Guru bjm_ has a nice tutorial solution for all things Norton backup, in an older thread. * Credit bjm_
