Issue abstract: Cloud Cleaner isn’t working on Google Drive.
Detailed description: When I try to use Cloud Cleaner on Google Drive, it either starts scanning then stops after a few minutes (like it’s timing out), or it immediately displays a message that it can’t connect. Windows, programs, and drivers are all up to date. I have a good Internet connection (Download speed: 933 Mbps; Upload speed: 946 Mbps). I’m not running a VPN. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache. I’ve tried to initiate the cleaning from multiple devices. I’ve spent hours searching the Internet (in multiple languages) for a solution and, to no avail, I’ve tried the meager few that I’ve found (and they didn’t exactly inspire confidence that they would help in the first place). So, I’m out of ideas, and have received zero benefit from the Cloud Cleaner service. Any suggestions better than “Turn off your firewall!” would be greatly appreciated.
