There is no way to delete files in the cloud. Consequently you need to pay for ever more cloud space… or end your contract with Norton and start again with a new email address to get the full service. The lunacy of this planned obsolescence of the product is difficult to comprehend. Both Norton and Microsoft assume we would rather pay unlimited amounts than deal with the annoyances their products deliberately create.
So the solution is don’t use Norton Cloud at all and use someone else for cloud services. When that person creates an antivirus product, we all let Norton go to the wall.
