Issue abstract:

This is the second time this has happened over the last 5 years or so. My computer had major problems, and when I tried to download a recovery from my cloud, it gave me the wrong one! NO idea why, but it sure messed up my computer info.

If you are using the Norton 360 backup feature you should be able to restore from any backup sets you have stored in your Norton Account.
