Hi, I have Subscribed for Norton 360 Deluxe. However, i see cloud storage space is Zero. I saw that 50GB of space will be available for the subscription. Could you please let me know how i can get it?
You should probably contact Norton support about this issue.
It would seem to be some sort of software glitch with the product that you renewed. Did you auto renew or did you purchase a new product key from a retailer?
Yes, Norton online and my Norton list both shows zero/zero.

When you login to your Norton account online does it say the same zero / zero?

Hi, i have tried, it says there is no space on cloud for backup. It shows both available and total space as zero.
Is zero the amount used so far?
Have you tried to backup some files to the cloud yet? See if you can backup some files and what message you get.
