Hello,
I updated my hard drive this weekend and had to reinstall my software. When I got to my Norton AntiVirus for Mac version 11 I hit a snag. After installing it ask if you want to run Live Update. When that message comes up another message pops up saying unable to run live update code 10. I have tried to install Norton more then ten times trying all suggestions found on Nortons site. Can anyone help or should I find another company? I am attaching some information that may or may not help. Currently all Norton software has been removed from this computer, I hope. If anyone can offer any insight, I would appreciate it.
