My old G5 PowerPC iMac (10.5 OS) died so I transferred all my data onto a brand new intel-based iMac (10.6 OS). Now, every time I start up my computer, I get a code: 10 error message. I looked up the community board and saw suggestions to re-install my Antivirus 10.0 software and update to 10.1 with LiveUpdate. Now I get code: 9 and Code: 10 error messages that Auto-protect could not continue. Is it correct to assume that Norton Antivirus Auto-Protect is not supported by Symantec for intel Macs, but the other features of Antivirus are?
