I guess I am stuck with having parts of Norton’s Antivirus on my computer. I was hoping that automatic liveupdate would finish the whole download of 16.7.2.11. I only got the Engine folder for .11 and the Branding and Mui folders are still from .10. Now that the sticky above says everyone has received the 16.7.2.11 downloads, I still have the combination of 2 different versions. Since I have a current subscription for System Works 12 Standard, I can’t go to the new version of Antivirus 2010 either.
My subscription doesn’t end until the end of the year. There is no update for System Works, so I am stuck with 2 parts of the old Antivirus even though the Antivirus part has been updated. When you install System Works, it’s like 2 separate installs. The antivirus part is a separate install and then you install the Norton’s Utilities part. I’m entitled to free updates with System Works, but there are no updates to be gotten. I have a half a program that could be updated, but I guess I can’t do that either…
