When is Norton going to issue an update to Comcast customers who are using the "special version" of the Norton 360 product called "Norton Security Suite" that will fix the broken Norton Toolbar and make it compatible with Firefox 10?
This forum states it is already available for Norton 360 and gives instructions on how to obtain it using Liveupdate, however it wasn't stated there that this does process does not work for Comcast customers who may have read the information and already wasted their time trying it multiple times. Norton should state this in the instructions for the update.
Is there a forum for Comcast/Norton Security Suite customers? Why is Norton treating us differently than other 360 users? Why isn't Norton being more proactive about releasing updates for Firefox, INCLUDING FOR COMCAST CUSTOMERS, now that Firefox is on a regular monthly update cycle? Why are we left in this situation where we are forced to choose between losing access to our valuable security data locked up in Norton's identity safe or else lose the security updates available in the new browser version?
