Comcast Protection Suite screens garbled and unreadable

I installed the latest version of Comcast's Norton Protection Suite this weekend (2011-01-21... not sure of the version, since I cannot read it) upgrading from an older (2009) version version of Comcast's Norton. The installation appears to have gone well (i.e., no errors that I could see and the Constant Guard (CG) icon is in my sys tray); however, all of the CG screens are garbled and unreadable (I tried to attach a jpg, but this system will not allow that).  It is like the application is using a video mode that I do not have.  Sometimes, I can see a banner, but I see no content and the only way to get out of them is to press <alt>-F4.

How can I address this?
