I just discovered (after installing Firefox 4) that my "Comcast Suite" version of Norton is not compatible although a hot fix has been made available to other Norton users. Further, it seems no info about when to expect compatability is available.
I did not realize that I was not a full fledged Norton user. Here is my concern: what other differences are there between what I got from Comcast and what the "normal" Norton users get? As an old Software engineer and product manager, makes me wonder what kind of backwater I have gotten myself into. I feel like a second class Norton citizen.
