Back on 05/09/22 I started a free trial of Norton Utilities Ultimate that was supposed to fix EVERY issue that I may have with my PC. Now that I have it in my PC, there seems to be something better: Norton AntiTrack.
For what I’m paying a year, >$350 for myself & the same for my wife, one would think that everything would be automatically included. When we initially signed up for Norton/LifeLock service I understood that everything was included.
I do not like continually receiving up-sale promotions for a service to which I have no way to directly contact them directly when I may have an issue like the one I’m having to ask this forum about.
They have no way to directly contact them other than a computerized answering service that takes forever to even get to talk to anyone about an issue. When a real human does answer, they’re usually difficult to understand because of their lack of proficiency of the English language. Also, their lack of understanding the lifestyles & experiences of us here in the United States makes it difficult to communicate with them.
Does anyone have a better way to communicate with Norton/LifeLock? I'm ready to cancel my subscription to them because of there being no way to contact them. They have recently missed a threat on my accounts that was caught by my bank.
