Communication with Norton

Back on 05/09/22 I started a free trial of Norton Utilities Ultimate that was supposed to fix EVERY issue that I may have with my PC. Now that I have it in my PC, there seems to be something better: Norton AntiTrack.

For what I’m paying a year, >$350 for myself & the same for my wife, one would think that everything would be automatically included. When we initially signed up for Norton/LifeLock service I understood that everything was included.

I do not like continually receiving up-sale promotions for a service to which I have no way to directly contact them directly when I may have an issue like the one I’m having to ask this forum about.

They have no way to directly contact them other than a computerized answering service that takes forever to even get to talk to anyone about an issue. When a real human does answer, they’re usually difficult to understand because of their lack of proficiency of the English language. Also, their lack of understanding the lifestyles & experiences of us here in the United States makes it difficult to communicate with them.

Does anyone have a better way to communicate with Norton/LifeLock? I'm ready to cancel my subscription to them because of there being no way to contact them. They have recently missed a threat on my accounts that was caught by my bank.

~ my experience from the United States - Norton Support is offshore. 
Maybe, request onshore support agent/customer service.  
When I've requested onshore support session. 
I've been promised call back that never came.

Are you running Norton 360 plan?
Are you running Norton 360 with LifeLock plan? 
Are you running LifeLock by Norton plan?

Please turn Norton Secure VPN off - before and after machine restart -
Please Restart (not Shut down) machine -
