Community Forum Accounts Broken

Hi all

 

Just wondering if anyone can confirm issues with their Norton Community Forum

user accounts.?

 

This is a test account i set up a while ago and the only account i can use as my

normal account is locked as i cannot receive the verification email to change the email

address linked to my account  that i always use.

 

This is more than frustrating.:smileyfrustrated::smileymad:

 

It started when i stopped receiving notification emails of new posts in threads that

i had subscribed to, i have checked email accounts and junk folders and no emails.

 

I have attempted to change the email address in case that was the issue and now i

cannot receive the email verification.

 

Even set up a new account and the verification email with the new account is still not

coming thru.

 

So that is 2 different forum accounts that stopped getting subscription notification emails.

 

Any help would really be appreciated. :smileyhappy:

 

Until then i will have to have a different user name and the  newbie rank instead of my

Mobile Master Super Virus Trouncer rank. :smileysad:
