Comparing Utilities of 360 versus New Norton utilities

I am just wanted to know what Norton Utilities does that 360 does not do ?

 

Also, what so new about the new Norton Utilities Dashboard ? Its seems like a tweeked UI of the old one.

Hi,
For starters NU is not a security product. It is a maintenance suite and licensed differently. 360 is a security product and maintained by subscription. They both have their place on a system and do not conflict nor do they share all that many features. You can live without NU but I would never recommend that you access the Internet without some security product active.

Yes I understand the security part. What I wanted to know was byCOMPARING UTILITIES of 360 and Norton Utilities: what is the difference ?

 

360 has utility functions so I want to understand how that compares to Norton Utilities.

Mr. Wilson,
The shared utilities are the same so far as I can tell. The biger difference is in your control of them. 360 is designed to be a 'set-and-forget' product. NU is a suite of programs that you can mix and match at will and use as you feel appropriate.

That's about the best I can do for a response without going back and trying to do a detail review of both
