Complaint - direct debit my credit card WITHOUT consent

I explicitly requested you did NOT direct debit my credit card to automatically roll over another year antivirus subscription when you emailed me your "pre-intention" at the end of June.  The current subscription does not run out until 13th July and I was NOT going to renew it for various reasons.  I see today you have ignored my request and debited my credit card for $129.00.  I want this money credited back immediately with no fees or charges as this should NOT have gone through.  I will send you my request email if you cannot find it and you will see the date and time of this.

Please respond asap as I want this resolved.
