Complaint

A couple of years ago I suddenly found that I had been paying for two subscriptions to NIS.  I cintacted Norton and after a a while they discovered that when I opened a new account they had failed to cancel the old one.  As a result they worked out that they owed me several years of subscriptions so they extended the current one to run out in 2017.  This is confirmed when I look in the status and in my account.

I have just started getting a load of emails telling me that my account is ending.  I have replied giving the above and with screen dumps of the status in my NIS programme and of My Account on the NIS server.

 

Please some-one, where do I go from here?
