complaints

Approximately 6 months ago I paid for 12 months of Norton support.  Guess what? - it's been stopped, ceased, ended! Why?  no explanation just some comment about my protection was from provider?  I apid for this, with my money and the payment can be traced.  So what do Norton do?  just ignore emails and offer another 12 months supp0ort - do they really think I would be that stupid?.
