Ok, here’s whats happening to my home office network. I have a network running in my home office with 5 PCs connected. I have created 5 user accounts and have not banned any of the categories defined in OnlineFamily.Norton. Instead, I chose to only block facebook.com which I found the users to be taking too much time accessing during work hours. Setting up the Safety Minder software and account details was easy peasy. But once the Safety Minder is running on all the PCs, the users can no longer access the web. All terminals are running ie7.0. The browser basically keeps trying to load the page but nothing happens. So what I’ve basically done is block all Internet access, rather than just facebook. What am I doing wrong here? I’m in jitters…please help.
