How not been able to completely clear all the remnants of old 360 online backups. Cleared all the online backup data with 360 4.0. Still have the computer name left by 360 each time I reinstalled 360, now 6 times. Able to completely clear all data and computers from Norton Online Backup 2.0.
Tried to go thru chat and had no luck.

Does anyone know how to completely clear Norton 360 / Norton Online Backup including all PC remnants . If not maybe someone from Norton staff could hopefully help.
One option to delete an entire backup set is to delete it from the Norton Backup Drive.
With Norton 360 installed and Online Backup actiivated on that machine. Open up My Computer->Click on the Norton Backup Drive->Backups on Secure Online Drive. You should see all your backup sets displayed in that view. Go ahead and delete the backup sets that you know you no longer need.
Note: Since Norton Backup Drive is connecting to the internet to retrieve your backup set information it will not be as quick clicking on files local to your computer.

Let me explain again. There is 0 data online. All Backups that was transferred to the Online Backup site using Norton Online Backup 1.0 and 2.0 has been completely deleted. The data from backups using Norton Premier 3.0 and 4.0 has been cleared. What is left when I go to the Online Backup site is the PC computer named used with Norton Premier, like a shadow now repeated 6 times. I do not have the option to clear or delete. I did try to go thru Chat support and got nowhere after 3 1/2 hours on the phone.
