The level of service we have received from Norton during this Online Family outage is completely unacceptable! Not only is the problem unresolved after several DAYS (an eternity in the cyber world) but I can't even find a phone number on this entire site to phone and get my questions answered. This is ridiculous! My son was unable to get onto the internet at ALL since last week. He was off for Thanksgiving break and needed to do college apps, among other things. I couldn't even remove Norton to free up his computer. I am so angry at this point, Norton is about to lose a good customer, (I've had Norton for several years) forever.
