Computer account does not appear in the list to associate with my son

I am using Norton Online and have associated accounts on my computer with two of my three children...however, my sons account does not show up in the list to associate with him.  I am using a MAC OSX 10.8 and the newest version of Norton Online Family. Any help is appreciated.

 

We are using 3.0r17.  I deleted the account of my sons and then recreated a new account on the computer and that resolved this issue.
