Computer attacking itself with Nukeploit

I am running Windows 7 with all updates to both it and Norton Security Suite.

In reviewing my security history, I noted the following disturbing note:

7/17/2010 1:04 AM,High,"An intrusion attempt by MOM-PC was blocked. Application path <path>\DEVICE\HARDDISKVOLUME2\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\INTERNET EXPLORER\IEXPLORE.EXE</path>",Blocked,No Action Required,HTTP Nukesploit Request,"MOM-PC (192.168.1.3, 49350)",parcelfool.ru:8080/jquery.jxx?v=5.3.4,"94.23.231.140, 8080",192.168.1.3 (192.168.1.3),"TCP, Port 49350",

Details showed:

Risk Named:  HTTP:Nukesploit Request

Attacking Computer;  MOM-PC

Attacker URL:parcelfool.ru.8080/query.jxx?v=5.3.4

First, What I particularly do not understand about this is that MOM-PC (named as the "attacking" computer) is the name of my computer.  Does this mean my computer is infected and is attacking itself?

There is no other adverse reporting from my Norton Security Suite provided by Comcast and updated religiously, despite comprehensive scans and running Malware Bytes?

Second, if my computer is not attacking itself, and Norton said the attempt was blocked, am I safe in assuming (given that I have run scans several times since then all of which have been clean) that my computer is not infected?

I am not knowledgeable about the behind the scenes operations of computers or antivirus ... I just presume they are doing their job if I keep them updated and running. No operations of my computer seem affected but I realize that doesn't mean something awful is going on in the background.

Please provide answer in simplest possible technical terms or I won't understand it.

Many thanks in advance for any help you can give.
