Computer (Dell XPS Windows 7 64 bit) wont boot after using Norton Power Eraser HELP!

I initially ran Norton Power Eraser to try and get rid of software malware that the regular Norton scans were not picking up. Every time I tried to update windows it would give me an error code FFFFFFE. It would also redirect me alot when clicking on links on the internet. So i looked it up and said it was usually caused by malicious software. To try and fix this I ran Norton Power Eraser. After it was done there were 2 things listed to fix. One was in gibberish and had a check box that said "remove" the other said something like "boot" (not to sure) and there was a box checked that said repair. Now I should have looked more into these things but, after numerous anti-virus scans I was geting restless and just clicked "fix it". It said that my computer needed to be restarted so I did, but after that it would not startup. it would say starting windows than the BSOD would flash for a split second and my computer would give me 2 options: to start normally(which dosent work) or to start up windows repair (which I did countless time but, it alwas says could not automatically fi this computer. I also tried to system restore to numerous past points of time which my cpu would not allow. HELP PLEASE!!!! im at a lost!
