Hi,
I have just upgraded to Norton Antivirus 2010. However, when I started up my computer the next day, it just kept rebooting. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try to start your computer in Safe mode with Networking, download and run Norton Removal Tool.
1. Restart your computer.
2. As soon as the computer starts, tap the F8 key about once per second until you see the Windows Advanced Options menu.
3. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select Safe Mode with Networking, and then press Enter.
4. Click Yes to proceed to Safe mode.
5. Download the Norton Removal Tool from the following link:
6. Save the file to your desktop and run it.
7. Restart the computer to get back to normal mode.
Let us know the results.

Thanks for your replies, and I'm sorry that I have taken so long to reply. However, I am not without a computer altogether, and had to wait until I got into work to log on here.
Over the weekend, my computer started throwing up an "error loading operating system" message, and despite trying to boot from the Windows XP installation disc, and trying various fixes for boot section etc., I have been unable to get it to start, even in safe mode.
It looks like it's totally goosed and I'll just have to start fro scratch again.
