I was trying to download a manual from manualslib dot com. A window popped up telling me access to this system had been blocked for security reasons and to contact Windows support at xxx-xxx-xxxx. And it truly locked up my PC. I had to do a hard shutdown. Bringing it back up took awhile. I would like to know how this got through Norton. I am not running Defender, to my knowledge. Doesn’t it get turned off when Norton 360 is installed?
