After helpdesk debugged my software and installed 2011 my computer starts up and displays message "The Application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check your installation diskette". Since Norton Caused this (remote operation of my pc) I expect Norton to resolve this.
