Hello All,
I recently installed a new OS on my childrens computer (Win 7 x32), and now when I right click on the tray icon, and go to edit accounts, and when I log in it says that my computer is not registered with OnlineFamily.Norton. I did a fresh install of everything, and this was not an upgrade from XP. I am using NIS 2010, also.
The reason I want to edit my account, is because I want to add my login account, which is the Admin account, to be monitored in OnlineFamily.Norton. I have NEVER been able to add my account to be monitored, and it is VERY frustrating. I am ready to go back to the old add-on pack. It was MUCH easier to configure, and use.
Please help!
