Computer not registering Scan or PC Optimizer

1. problem: I can keep on running the scan for virus and spyware, but every time i've done it, i still need to scan the computer. It's like can't register the scan.

 

2. problem: Almost the same, now it's just PC-Optimizer, no matter what i do, it keep telling me that it has never been performed.

 

What to do?

Let us know the version of Norton 360 you use (from Help & Support > About) and your Operating System.

I would suggest you to uninstall the current version of Norton 360 through Control Panel. Then download a new copy of Norton 360 (3.5 version which is compatible with Windows 7) from any of the following links according to the product you have brought(click on the link to to start the download):

 

For Norton 360: http://www.norton.com/n360s_3
For Norton 360 Premier Edition: http://www.norton.com/n360p_3

 

Then start the installation, run LiveUpdate and then let us know how it goes.
