Computer Protection at Risk

When I click on "Fix Now" for a "Computer Protection at Risk", it says "fixing" but it never does. I think I have seen a similar problem posted but it had not solution.

I contacted Norton and they had me re-install program which fixed the problem.  Thanks for the reply.
