I want a refund. I was offered a Computer Tune Up for $10. I thought it was something that came with the Norton software, that I could run myself. No. Instead, I have to call an 800 number, and allow someone else access to my computer. NO WAY. There is NO WAY I would give access to someone I don’t know. I want my $10 back!!!
