I installed Nortons Internet Security 2011 on my Toshiba laptop with WinXP OS. I put it in hibernation, and then it would not boot up. The screen is black with a blinking dash after showing the Toshiba logo. I've tried turning it off and back on, but it still comes to the same black screen. It won't read the hard drive, so can't run anything either. Any suggestions?
