Computer won't automatically sleep after Win7 to 10 upgrade

I updated Windows 7 to Windows 10 yesterday. Initially, when it finished updating NS window said in red and computer was at risk as Auto protect was (apparently) off. The Fix Now button failed to correct it but I read somewhere in these forums that a restart might fix it - and it did.

Anyhow - to the problem -  the computer will not go to sleep automatically. I've checked everything I can and saw somewhere to use the command prompt and use the powercfg /requests command. This shows something to do with NS (see attached screenshot). I don't know what to do with it. Help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
