I have been using kaspersky and just recently purchased NIS 2013. After installing, I have noticed that if I try to make the computer hibernate, it just blacks out the screen but the computer seems to still be functioning. When this happens, the only way to get the computer to work is through a force shutdown. If I leave the computer in this state, it eventually shuts down on its own. Upon restarting, its says "computer did not shut down properly" indicating a force shutdown. I do not know what to do. Apparently the issue is from Norton and unstalling the antivirus or fully disabling norton solves the problem? By the way I am using Windows 7 if that is of importance.
