Good Morning. Over the past two years, I have been using without any problem the LightsOut Restore, your product Norton Ghost 15. Last week, I had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall all my programs again, including Norton Ghost 15. problem I arises when attempting to reconfigure LightsOut restore, because despite that, I think, follow the steps indicated by the instructions of Norton Ghost, there is no way the boot option restore point is created from the Start menu of the team, when do I start or restart.
Could you, tell me in detail the steps?
The recovery point and I have created, but every time you restart the computer, Windows 7 activates without giving me the option to start the recovery point.
