My daughter has Norton Internet Security on her laptop.
Today she encountered a problem.
She is unable to get access to the internet, and the following error messages come up on login:
“Symantec User Session. As necessary file could not be loaded: ISProd‘Click here to go to Symantec Technical support knowledge base1002,1 Norton Internet Security
Norton internet security requires a reboot to complete its configuration for Windows Vista. Please reboot your computer or launch your Symantec product and click the configure link under the product tab to complete configuration."
When she re boots her PC the same thing happens. She is unable to run Live Update also. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Pat
