Configure greyed out in NIS 2012

Like Configure under Program Control in Smart Firewal for example...Strange........Version 19.2.0.10 wonder why, They are blue and available under some settings.....Oh Well ...Thanks....Gorpy1

Have you tried resetting the Section Defaults in the problem area?

 

Otherwise, I would use the NIS Remove and Reinstall program found here.

Thanks Atomicblast I already have the NRnR tool and have been considering this for sometime, after I secure my passwords I may just do that......Take Care, Gorpy1

Take a look at the screenshots here. If you are seeing the same thing, then logging off and logging back on again should resolve your issue with the Configure link. This is a known issue.

Hi AT I removed the offending program Rebooted and Now all is back to normal, I still may use NRnR but only as a last result Thanks Gorpy1

Hi elsewhere, Have you clicked ADVANCED from the main interface and tried it, if not reboot and try ADVANCED from the main interface and then go to the desired settings area..........Good Luck, see if that works.......Gorpy1
