I have a laptop I use for work, but never connect to the work network. I have full admin rights on the machine, but am still unable to unlock or change settings in Symantec Antivirus - version 10.2.0.276
Specifically, there's a false positive that's causing trouble for me, and I need to add it to the exception list, but can't because it's completely disabled for me to make changes. Any thoughts?
