Configuring Anti Spam to use ISP's SSL

Norton Security protects POP3/SMTP ports 110/25 by default. However, my ISP, COX, mandates SSL ports (995/425) on POP3/SMTP. Norton does not permit adding ports 995 and 425, which seems odd. Can any one help?

Hello F28devg. Unfortunately the issue with the current Norton anti-spam add-in is that is simply doesn't support SSL encryption. Please review this article for more information, I'm certain you have already reviewed it. There have been many suggestions to Norton to add the ability to support SSL and the ports associated with it, however all have fallen on deaf ears. Hoping that some time in the future the ability will be added.

Cheers
