Configuring Firewall in Norton 360 v4.0

Hello,

Hope someone can help me here.  I'm downloading World of Warcraft installer/program for my son and it gives me the message that computer is behind firewall.  I have configured router to open the ports necessary but seem to be unable to do the same through Norton's settings.  Windows firewall has been shut off by Norton so it isn't in the equation.  It is downloading slowly to say the least but my concern is if will affect a clean install.  Thanks ahead of time
