Can the group confirm that the latest full download for NIS 2014 is ver 21.1.0.18?
Is the consensus that NIS 2014 is stable and ready for trouble free installation at this point (unlike NIS 2013 which took forever to sort out) or should I wait awhile longer?
Windows 7 SP1 x64, IE9, Office 2003 SP2

It has been trouble free for me but, I make no promises about how it will operate in your environment
I don't recommend waiting. The threat lasdscape is getting worse and the newer technology helps.

I have had the latest version since the day of issue, and it has been super stable.
Some people have had Toolbar and Identity Safe issues, but I don't use either, so my experience has been smooth !....

I agree with the above statements.
I don't use Identity Safe or the toolbar either.
i always used latest version no beta of NIS no bugs and toolbar always worked fine first on winxp after in win 7
truth is that on firefox i use only Norton toolbar no other toolbar addon the same on IE 11
