Win 7 "Security Action Center" has a flag up in the sys tray warning me that I have no virus or firewall protection, specifically, Norton Internet Security is not running. The NIS window, OTOH, tells me everything is on. Who do I believe, and how do I verify? Secondly, how do I get them to agree? Repeatedly telling the UAC window that, yes, I want NIS to run does not affect the warning(s)
