If I was to go by the link below, the premium exditon offers no fast boot or runtime, does not block pyware, suspcious programs, remove threats from file sor filter spam....

good catch, this page is broke and we are in the process of fixing it. the primary difference between the premium edition and the standard version of 360 is the amount of online storage (2GB versus 25GB). the protection and performance aspects of the products are the same, as you might imagine.
