Hi there,
I'm just posting to try and clear up an issue I'm having; I've looked on previous forums and it seems to be a common issue, but I'm still not sure how to resolve it. I'm using Norton 360 on Windows 7 and am having a problem with the backup. Recently, my computer suggested that the hard drive was full and could no longer backup the data on the computer. I looked in the Local Disk (D:) which was full, with a N360_Backup file with 240Gb of data - which is way more than the computer is actually using. I looked on norton and it said that there wasn't anything actually backed up, so I deleted all the files (though not the actual folder). I then ran backup again, which once completed, filled about 60Gb. Now, about two weeks lated, it's filled up to about 140Gb, and in the last hour or two, another 5Gb.
My question is; what is it filling up with so quick? It is a lot more than the actual stored data on the computer. Is it backing up temporary files, or multiples of the data? I could just delete it all again, but I feel it would just end up doing the same thing.
Thanks.
