Connecting to a Homegroup, Norton seems to be blocking it.

I recently got myself a Windows 8.1 Tablet and so I decided to setup a homegroup on my Windows 10 desktop PC. Norton 360 is installed on my Win 10 desktop, while the Win 8.1 Tablet has no anti-virus yet. After creating the HomeGroup on my desktop, I went to the tablet to join a homegroup. My tablet can't detect the homegroup. So I do some basic troubleshooting by disabling the firewall on Norton 360. Lo and behold, when Norton's firewall is disabled I can see and join the homegroup. However, when I turn it back on, I immediately loose connection to the homegroup.   I go to the support page and do the steps here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v59829643_EndUserProfile_en_us. I've run the autofix tool, no go. I've tried resetting the firewall settings, no go. And finally I ran the Norton Removal Tool and reinstall my Norton 360. Still no go.

Have I missed anything? I'm stumped and getting a bit frustrated here. Any help would be highly appreciated.
