The attached PDF file has 1)The link to the test software I used to tell me what was wrong/happening. and 2) Upside down at the bottom the test result; "Connecting to port 5900 failed. After that I went into N360 and reset the firewall and a 2 day problem/issue diasppeared.. Thes was at: http://www.realvnc.com/cgi-bin/nettest.cgi. Somehow the firewall was blocking the response from the Norton server.
