Hi There,
I installed and activated a copy of Norton Tablet Security. I then got a prompt to update to Norton Mobile Security. It successfully installed then uninstalled the older copy, and transferred over my license details. I then was prompted to log in using my Norton account login details. I already have an account from a previously purchased copy of Norton 360, however I get a 'connection timed out' message every time I try and log in. My internet connection is fine on my tablet.
Can you provide any help?
