Oddly, ConnectSafe is blocking legitimate websites. Instead of the website appearing, I get a page in French (!) saying that my browser cannot find the website. I use Firefox as well as Chrome, latest editions. I've tried removing ConnectSafe from my computer (Windows 10), following the instructions at https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v53246991_EndUserProfile_en_us. Still, the legitimate website would not load. Then I reloaded ConnectSafe and changed the DNS settings on my router according to Norton Security instructions, and I still run into the same problem.
