consent.exe showing up in Firewall activities

Hi,

I'm using NIS 2012 on Windows 7. I was looking at my Firewall Activities and Recent History and noticed that consent.exe has accessed the internet seven times over the past week. There are no mentions of it accessing the internet in the logs prior to this week. There is also an info item in the recent history that says "You created firewall rules to manage how Consent UI for administrative applications accesses your network resources."

Just wondering if this is something I should be concerened about. As far as I can tell, it's the legit consent.exe (right location, size, and properties) and I haven't had anything come up this week when doing full scans or running malwarebytes, but it seemed odd that it would suddenly start accessing the internet.
