I am considering purchasing NIS 2010. I've read numerous reviews of the product and am very impressed.
I do have one question. I travel a lot and frequently have to connect my laptop to the internet through very insecure hotel connections. It's an understatement to say that I'm very concerned about my security in such an environment. I've been using a security suite for the last year that included a virtual browser, and that made me feel safer while traveling (but other than that positive, it has slowed my PC performance down more than I like). That leads me to ask, does NIS 2010 fully integrate with a free program like Sandboxie? Or if not, how does NIS go about protecting the user in very insecure environments like I described?
