Dear Customer Service Representative,
I have several Norton Products and I would like to consolidate them all.
Currently I have Norton Internet Security 2011 with serial number [Edit: Removed the serial number] installed on both of my PC’s and have 233 days on my subscription left.
I don't use Norton 360 anymore because I don't like the interface, but it is valid till 04 Feb 2013. .
The Products that I own are listed in my Norton Account. There is another NIS2012 valid till 06 Jan 2012
When I bought my new Lenovo V570 laptop on 8/7/2011 it included 6 month of Norton AntiVirus.
The security key is xxxxx DBG9T. I was not aware of the fact that the subscription started at the day of purchase and not on the day of installation. Since I was using Norton Internet Security 2011 I never installed the Norton AntiVirus and missed out on more than four month of the subscription.
I would appreciate your cooperation to update the expiration dates of the product I am using on this and my other PC.
